Detox Smoothie

We all heard about an apple a day, keeps the doctor away. Now what if, you are eating apples, carrots and the all the bellow ingredients?!?!

In the lines bellow you will find a recipe that contains green ingredients that help to the detoxifying of the body. To boost your day, as I always say .

If you already started on a diet or just have a bad habit of not eating in the mornings just the coffee to go, i need to remind you that each smoothie or food that i make is great sources of vitamins, healthy fats and nutrients that help you with your body.

But besides health benefits, the smoothies are excellent for skincare.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

-1 hand full of baby spinach

-1 Teaspoon of Spirulina Powder

-1 teaspoon of TOTAL NUTRY GREENS ( I took the one form My Protein)

-1 Teaspoon of Antioxidant Powder ( I will write in the next posts what benefits has this Antioxidant Powder )

-2 apples

-2 kiwi

-1 hand full of walnuts

-200 ml of water

HOW IT’S MADE:

First Step is to put in the blender the water the babyspinach, Spirulina Powder, TOTAL NUTRY GREENS and the Antioxidant Powder and start mixing.

Going further, cut the Apples and the Kiwi and add them on in the blender!

The result: a healthy Easy Portable breakfast!
