Homemade Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

What dessert can be more enjoyable and refreshing than an ice cream ? and more that that, without sugar ! weeee :) It is perfect.
Making homemade ice cream is easier than you think!
Ingredients
1. 3 eggs 2. greek yogurt 400g 3. Vanilla extract 4. 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein
In a large bowl, whisk the egg white until mixture begins to thicken.
Add the yolks to the foam that is now created.
Whisk again until mixture reaches the needed consistence.
Add the Greek youghurt and vanilla.
Whisk until it forms a cream consistency.
At the final add the Protein pouder and mix again.
Put the Mixture in freezer.
Delicious and easy to make, isnt it ? :)
