We all wish a long and happy life, where disease and troubles do not reach us. But what we do, to accomplish this? In case you did not know, more than 80% of your health depends on how you feed, if you do sport or not, if you rest, you experience emotions and feelings. The remaining 20% is genetically transmitted or is related to the environment and the health system of the country you live in.


Nutrition and medicine today is experiencing a dramatic spread of metabolic diseases: obesity, type 2 diabetes, hepatic steatosis, dyslipidemia, poly-cystic ovary syndrome, hypertension and atherosclerosis cardiovascular disease.


Science has concluded that genetics can not explain this explosion of metabolic disorders spectrum, however the modern lifestyle, came with great advances in art and life . We eat on the run and improvised, stress, bad sleep and too much seating or sit in front of screens.


A healthy lifestyle means in the first time, that we are moving. In tandem strict, healthy diet can provide fuel and raw material from which our cells are built. We are what we eat. Fatigue, insomnia, concentration problems at work, digestive disorders, headache are rooted in the way we eat. No need for an army of specialists to advise us to have breakfast or eat ordered


A healthy lifestyle means to an end and more: not smoking, moderate consumption of alcohol more than a good sleep and stress management. Every step in this direction will lead us to a better form, more energy for the challenges of our lives alerts and inevitably to a pleasant and healthy life.
