Vanilla ice cream chia pudding

The Sun is shining and the weather is sweet, so why not make a naughty but nice summer treat, justified by lots of strawberries?!

Nutrition facts:

1. Carbohydrates: 28 g

2. Fat: 15g

3. Protein: 54g

Ingredients :

- 3 scoops of home made protein

vanilla ice cream protein with no sugar. ( see the recipe for how it's made in my Blog) - 250g of Greek yoghurt 2 tl chia seeds - 100 g of fresh ( if you don't have it frozen ) strawberries

- 1 scoop of Vanila Protein

How it's made :

1. Put the yoghurt, protein and the chia seeds in a jar,

2. Mix the products.

3. Let it in the fridge until the morning if you prefer to have it the next morning at work for a snack or just take it as breakfast.

If you prefer to have it in the same day, leave it in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours.

After you will obtain the Protein Chia pudding, just add the ice cream, top it with strawberries and chocolate chips and the Vanilla ice cream chia pudding is ready!
