Beetroot Juice - the detoxifying and antioxidant miracle

◆ Anemia: beetroot contains iron, magnesium and vitamin B6, able to combat anemia, stimulating red blood cell formation. It is recommended to use for a month, 150 grams of raw red beet once every two to three days.
