Weight loss goals!

I know that all of you, who are following me, want really badly to lose weight. I need to say that the Internet represents an infinite source of diets and recipes but not all of them are good and appropriate to our body. And we start to search who did what by when and how many kg has lost and so on and on. We see a lot of pictures that the people lost 5 10 15 kg in one month and we are becoming stressed and nervous and optimists and say "if this guy / girl did it, I also can ".

You just need to believe in yourself!

And so it starts. Day 1 - 3 , feeling perfect, the motivation is still there but You start to have cravings for different things and you say after 4 days that one small sweet will not count. And in 2 hours another one and another one. So the diet is dead after 3 to 5 days!




So, stay motivated with your weight loss plan or workout routineand start saying NO to all the bad food and junk food. This journey will not be easy!
